Menopause At Work
Menopause is one of those things nobody really prepares you for, and yet most of us are still trying to show up for our jobs, run our businesses, or lead a team while it's quietly turning everything upside down. We know how isolating that feels when nobody's talking about it properly, and how much it affects you when you're not getting the support you need.
That's why we've invited Dr Hannah Healy and Dr Emily Cary from Menopause Drs to join us for this Synergy Circle meetup. They'll be talking us through the symptoms, the signs, and what's actually going on, plus the best ways to manage it and how organisations can properly support you through it.
If you're going through perimenopause or menopause and it feels like you're on your own with it, you're not. We want this session to give you real answers, and the confidence to know there's help out there, both personally and professionally.
