Bespoke people and leadership support
I work with leaders and organisations in agriculture to understand their people challenges and identify the right support for their situation.
That might be an individual leader who needs space to think, a manager who needs to develop their leadership, a team that needs to work through an issue, or an organisation looking for a speaker or facilitator.

Coaching for leaders
Leading people can be challenging, particularly when the decisions are difficult, expectations are high or a team isn't working as it should.
Coaching gives leaders space to step back, explore what's happening and consider how they want to respond.
I work with leaders to examine the challenges they're facing, understand different perspectives and identify practical next steps.
Leadership development and training
Being good at the operational side of a business doesn't automatically prepare someone to lead people.
Managers may be expected to handle difficult conversations, communicate clearly and get the best from their teams without having had the opportunity to develop those skills.
I work with agricultural businesses to develop their managers' understanding of leadership and give them practical ways to approach the people challenges they face at work.
Team development and facilitation
When communication breaks down, people aren't pulling together or difficult issues remain unresolved, it can be hard to know how to move forward.
I facilitate conversations and team development tailored to the situation, helping people explore what's happening, understand different perspectives and agree what needs to change.
The aim is to help teams have more useful conversations and move towards practical next steps.
Talks and workshops
I deliver talks and workshops for agricultural businesses, industry bodies and organisations on the people and leadership issues that affect how businesses work.
Topics can include why good people leave, the challenges facing managers, communication, team dynamics and what happens when pressure affects how people work together.
Sessions can be tailored to the audience, the event and the issues that matter to the organisation.
