One-to-One Support

Coaching and mentoring for senior leaders under pressure

Leading a business under pressure can be lonely.

You’re expected to have the answers, hold the team together and keep going, often with no one to think things through with.

One-to-one support gives you that space: a confidential place to step back, think clearly and decide what to do next, with someone who understands both business and agriculture.

Coaching: I help you take a step back, get clear on your current reality and see what you want and what needs to change. Together we turn that into action. I hold you accountable and encourage you to act regularly, so you can see your progress session by session.

Mentoring: I share what I’ve seen work, from the boardroom to the farmyard. It’s best when you want an experienced sounding board and an honest opinion.

Most leaders use a mix of both.

What changes

  • A clear head for the decisions that matter

  • Confidence in the hard conversations with your team, partners or family

  • A plan for the people side of the business, not just the numbers

Who it’s for

  • Managing directors, founders and directors in agricultural, food and rural businesses

  • New senior leaders stepping up, or leaders taking over the family business

  • Anyone carrying the weight of the business with no one to think it through with

How it runs

  • A programme of six or twelve sessions, so there’s time to make real progress, not just one conversation

  • In person in Norfolk or online, whichever suits your diary

  • Confidential, with support between sessions when something comes up

Ultimately, you’ll stop carrying it all on your own, and lead with a clearer head.
