Leadership training and staff retention support for agricultural organisations

UK agriculture is short of people. The workforce has shrunk for three years running, and nearly nine in ten agricultural estates say they can't find competent staff (GOV.UK; Knight Frank survey via Farmers Weekly, 2026). But the sector's real problem isn't recruitment, it's retention: people don't leave farms, they leave poor management. Farms and rural organisations that invest in how their people are led keep their good staff. The ones that don't, keep re-hiring.

I work with organisations across agriculture, insurers, charities, membership bodies, land agents and rural employers, on the leadership skills that keep good people in place.
