Coaching is future-focused and goal-oriented, it is all about seeking positive change. Unlike therapy, it doesn’t diagnose or treat mental health conditions. Mentoring involves advice from someone with experience; coaching empowers you to find your own solutions.

You are given a safe and confidential space to talk freely about what it is in your life you would like to focus on and how you want to make change in order to get the most out of it. Your coach will actively listen, with zero judgement and an abundance of empathy, asking challenging and sometimes direct questions to get you to think differently and raise your awareness. Sometimes the coach will hold the silence, to give you the space to think and reflect.

Results are unique to the individual but often include increased clarity, confidence, resilience, improved decision-making, better work-life balance, and higher performance and job satisfaction.

Typically, programmes last between 3–6 months. This allows time to create lasting change, but one-off sessions or longer programmes can be arranged based on your goals.

Yes. All sessions are confidential, in line with ICF ethical standards. The only time this confidentiality is broken is if I think you are at risk to yourself or others but this would be discussed at the time.

We start with a free 30 min discovery call to explore your goals and challenges. If coaching is a good fit and you can see we will create a strong rapport, we’ll create a plan together.
